Types of training I offer

Personal training

Personal training focused on your health: initial assessment, realistic goals, and routines adapted to your level, schedule, and possible injuries. We work on strength, mobility, and daily habits so you can move better, sleep better, and have more energy. No miracles—just sustainable progress.

Functional training

Functional training classes in small groups, safe and dynamic. We improve strength, endurance, balance, and coordination with exercises useful for everyday life. We adapt intensity and variations for all levels. Friendly environment and realistic results: move better, always.

Classes for seniors

Classes for seniors focused on health and independence. We work on strength, balance, and mobility with safe and progressive exercises. Adapted to each person’s pace, conditions, and medication. The goal: prevent falls, reduce pain, and gain confidence to enjoy everyday life with full energy.

The key to my method

My method is based on a simple idea: strength means health, and when trained properly, it’s a direct ally against osteoporosis. Many of you come because your doctor said “exercise”; I turn that advice into safe, effective, and enjoyable routines.

My goal is not for you to lose “20 kilos” in two weeks, but to gain years of active life: more confidence climbing stairs, less pain, more energy, and a body that supports you. Training here means taking care of yourself today to feel better tomorrow.

About me

My approach is technical yet friendly: posture and technique come first, then progression. We combine strength, mobility, and balance in sessions adapted to your level, time, and history. I don’t believe in universal recipes—I believe in real people and sustainable change.

You’ll see me observe your movement, adjust weights, celebrate your progress, and remind you that every improvement counts: climbing stairs with less fear, sleeping better, feeling more stable. Here we train for what really matters outside the gym—your life.
