Hi, I’m the person behind this project. I come from the world of strength training and health, and my motivation is simple: to help you live better, with a stronger and more confident body—without empty promises or shortcuts.
I work with women (and also men) who want to prevent or improve osteoporosis, reduce pain, and move safely in their daily lives. Many come with their doctor’s recommendation: “exercise.” My role is to turn that advice into a clear, safe, and achievable plan.
My approach is technical yet friendly: posture and technique first, then progression. We combine strength, mobility, and balance in sessions adapted to your level, your time, and your story. I don’t believe in universal recipes; I believe in real people and sustainable change.
You’ll see me observing your movement, adjusting loads, celebrating your progress, and reminding you that every improvement counts: climbing stairs with less fear, sleeping better, feeling more stable. Here, we train for what really matters outside the gym—your life.
If you’re looking for a place to take care of yourself through training, with professionalism and a good atmosphere, I’ll be happy to accompany you along the way.
